Infra stocks are in the spotlight following the approval of a 1:10 stock split by the company’s board of directors

Infra stocks : stock price of Last Mile Enterprises Ltd, a company specializing in infrastructure and real estate projects, was in the spotlight on Friday following the approval of a stock split and the release of quarterly results.

Stock Price Movement
During Friday’s trading session, Last Mile Enterprises Ltd, with a market capitalization of Rs. 1,094.87 crores, saw its share price hit a low of Rs. 385.85, marking a 5 percent decrease. The share price then rebounded to Rs. 396.05, representing a 2.49 percent decrease from the previous closing price of Rs. 406.15. Over the past year, the stock has delivered a negative return of 2.47 percent, underperforming the Nifty Index.

Q3FY25 Results
The company’s stock garnered attention after the board approved the stock split and released its quarterly financials. In the latest filing for the quarter ending December 2024, Last Mile Enterprises Ltd reported revenue of Rs. 71.56 crore, a significant increase from nil sales in Q3FY24. Quarter-over-quarter, operational revenue rose by 125.75 percent from Rs. 31.69 crore in Q2FY25.

During the same period, net profit for Q3FY25 stood at Rs. 8.65 crore, a substantial improvement from a loss of Rs. 0.46 crore in Q3FY24, although it declined by 9.38 percent from Rs. 9.5 crore in Q2FY25.

In Q3FY25, the company generated revenue from real estate and other services, accounting for around 22.75 percent, with the remaining 77.25 percent coming from the business of mobile accessories, gadgets, and related items. Last Mile Enterprises Ltd boasts a higher profit margin from real estate compared to its mobile accessories business.
