6. UltraTech Cement
UltraTech Cement has approved a Scheme of Arrangement with Kesoram Industries, effective from March 1, 2025. Additionally, the company will invest ₹1,800 crore in a wires and cables plant in Gujarat, expected to be operational by December 2026.
